AIT Nepal 2026/27 — Swiss Week
HICS is in the 2026/27 cohort of Academia-Industry Training (AIT) Nepal, run by the Swiss Leading House South Asia. At the Swiss Week in Zurich, 21–25 September, the closing pitch to investors and industry experts went well: Pawan's presentation was singled out for its clarity and impact.
IESH v0.1 — Building the Classroom Prototype
From a Raspberry Pi and a breadboard on 20 May to a boxed, working station on 15 June. The modular v0.1 adds soil temperature and moisture, CO and air-quality proxies on a proper ADC, a fisheye sky camera, and an onboard learning portal with 27 activities — all working with zero internet. Crystal Mountain School — Designing the Thermal Array
We are embedding a temperature array into the walls and rooms of the new multipurpose hall at Crystal Mountain School while it is being built. These are the June design notes; the data comes after commissioning, not before. (Correction, October 2026: the design settled at 25 sensors, not the 20 to 50 planned here.)
